Although i did not attend the field trip..i learn a vast amount of knowledge from my friends and the blogs that we posted by those who attended it.. Reading about it from the blog has provided me with the number and types of operations that is involved in a warehouse from first hand account from my friends..I understand that it occurs in different stages and sections.
I was interested in powered mobile racking system because it has good space utilization. The pallet can be adjustable back-to-back using electrically powered base frame, which move along rails set into the floor and safety mechanism are fitted to prevent obstruction.
